- Our approach to better health is to learn about your life and health challenges and then provide ways to adjust your eating & lifestyle habits. After providing the right instructions, we become your health coach and work hand in hand until you achieve your goals.
- Getting started with us on your journey to better health is as easy as giving us a call or submitting the contact form. We will then schedule you for a virtual or in office visit. We ask that you complete a 2-page form, prior to the appointment, to help us better understand your needs.
- The initial visit is about 45 to 60 minutes long and for the best support and results we recommend 2 to 4 visits.
